Welcome to Dua Caffe, a hidden gem nestled in the bustling neighborhood of Phibsborough, Dublin. This charming café is not just a place to grab a coffee; it's an experience that wraps you in warmth and nostalgia with its retro décor and inviting atmosphere.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an array of mismatched colorful chairs paired with beautifully crafted wooden tables, creating a cozy yet eclectic ambiance that feels like home. Whether you're heading to the airport just a stone's throw away or simply exploring the local area, Dua Caffe is the perfect pit stop for a delightful breakfast or a leisurely coffee break.

The menu at Dua Caffe boasts an array of delicious offerings that cater to all tastes. Start your day off right with their exceptional breakfast options, which include favorites like burrata prosciutto salad. Imagine creamy burrata perfectly balanced with thinly sliced, salty prosciutto, all beautifully presented on elegantly carved wooden platters that enhance the overall experience. Pair it with one of their expertly crafted iced lattes, the perfect refreshment on a warm Dublin day! Just a heads-up—while the coffee is served in plastic cups, the experience is still top-notch, as customer Kristin Wise discovered when she mentioned her delight in the flavors, stating, “If I'm in the area again, I'll be back just for that salad!”

One aspect that truly sets Dua Caffe apart is its personal touch. As Peter Hronec aptly puts it, this café offers a welcome reprieve from the sterile atmosphere of chain cafés, bringing a unique character that shines through in both the décor and service. Every interaction with the staff makes you feel valued; they are known for their politeness and willingness to ensure every customer feels at home. Fetie Kolgjini, a cappuccino lover from Albania, shared how Dua Caffe became a daily tradition during his vacation, noting, “I already know my perfect place in Ireland.”

Moreover, the café manages to maintain a calm atmosphere despite being located near a bus stop, making it a convenient stop for travelers. The friendly staff contributes to a pleasant ambiance even when there's a hint of smoke wafting in from outside, mentioned by customer Thais Zoccherato, who appreciated the good food and value offered.

In essence, Dua Caffe invites you to take a break from your fast-paced day. It’s more than just a café; it’s a delightful experience where each cup of coffee tells a story and each bite of food is a celebration of flavors. So next time you're in Phibsborough, don’t miss out—stop by Dua Caffe and discover the cozy haven that locals and tourists alike have come to love.

I loved the decor extremely retro and loved the wooden tables and ambiance. Right up my street mixed matched chairs. We were heading to the airport and by chance stumbled upon this trying to find the bus stop (bus stop right outside the cafe). We had plant of time so decided to opt for coffee which was really delicious presented well to on these lovely wooden carved platters. Plenty of sugars too. We decided to have some food just a burger (priced matched the quality). Cheap and cheerful to fill out tummy’s for our fight. Small outdoor area. Cute little place. Will be back.

One of the most beautiful and cosiest cafés in town. If not the best. If you don't like cafe chains without the personal touch, this is what you have been looking for. Also nice breakfast for reasonable price.

So happy I stopped in. I was hesitant because it was completely empty but the burrata prosciutto salad was amazing. As was my iced latte, although the plastic cup really killed the vibe. If I'm in the area again I'll be back just for that salad!

Hello from Albania and a capuccino lover . Take a look at my favorite breakfast at Dua CAFFE . I was there for vacation but Dua CAFFE, was this close to the place I was staying, so me and my familiare had breakfast almost everyday. Dua CAFFE feels like home, the staff is very polite, the place is clean and very well organized . I already know my perfect placeeee to Ireland , this time I will bring my students too.

Good food, good value for money. Great calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Only thing is the smell of smoke from the outside invading the inside area a little bit.

This place is a gem in the inner city. The decor is fab, really retro and cool. The service is great and the food and coffee is delicious. It's really reasonably priced also. A must if you are on Dorset street.
